Radiant Yoga, Qigong, Meditation Desert Oasis Retreat
Winter 2024
Equanimity Retreat was held at the Desert Ridge Estate in Indio, CA Feb. 22-25, 2024 that was an intimate gathering in the heart of the Coachella Valley. Beautiful long weekend of therapeutic yoga, partner yoga, qigong on the grass, swimming, music & soundbath with classically trained musician & vocalist Helane Anderson, reflection exercises with Brian Stefan, and so much more!

The first annual residential retreat hosted at Big Bear Retreat Center. This immersive retreat was dedicated to radiating Metta, a radiant heart, luminosity, emanating warmth, peace and ease. For 3 nights and 4 days, we experienced meditation, silence, movement practices, reflection & inquiry, visualization, and of course, being in community with others.

A private intimate retreat with 6 women at Lake Simcoe in a lakeside cottage where we practiced at water side, on the lawn and under the shade of beautiful trees. A very meaningful 3 days filled with guided meditations, periods of silence, therapeutic yoga, qigong, and group interaction exercises.
