Service Description

With elements of Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga, Taoist Qigong, strength & conditioning, functional movement for stability & balance, mindfulness & meditation, this class has it all! For your comfort and safety: Students must have a yoga mat, 2 standard size foam yoga blocks (9x6x4”), an 8 ft yoga strap (if you have broad shoulders please get a 10 ft strap), 2 blankets, 1 rectangular bolster approx. 26x11x7” & 2 hand towels. Classes are 90-minutes and offered 9:00am - 10:30am (Pacific time) weekly. Sign on opens at 8:45 am to set-up your mat and props.
